Beagle draws on her 16 years of teaching experience to share how she uses portfolio assessment in the 21st century classroom.  In an ever increasing world of changing technology it is important for teachers to embrace new literacies and bring them into the classroom.  Elizabeth will discuss how she has moved her students from a traditional print portfolio to an electronic portfolio using her students passions and interest to create themes.  In this hour she will cover the following:
